[2.0.0+] How to use multimedia module?

Multimedia help you to manage image or video that uploaded, set and notes of images, or upload image/video into your website.
How to manage uploaded files?
Click Modules/Multimedia/List files

All uploaded files will be listed, and you can edit, delete, active or deactive by click edit, delete, active, deactive link.
If you only want to edit name or description of file, you can edit direct at here by click on name/description textbox under the each file, then click out of that area to save update.
How to upload new image?
At list files page click on Upload photo or click Modules/Multimedia/Upload new image.

At here, Tomatocms support image of gif/jpg/jpeg/png formats.
If you want to upload new image into existing set, click selectbox Upload to set and select set you want.
If you want to upload new image into new set, click textbox create new set, input your set name and when you click Save, system will create set automatic.
You also can upload image that not belong to any set.
In addition, watermark option help you to mark text or image into image you will upload.

Select method (text or image) to mark.
If select text, you have to input your text and select color for text.

If select image, you have to browse image you want to mark.

Then, select position and sizes you want to put watermark into your image you want to upload.
At last, click Browse to choose image you want to upload, you can choose many image at the same time, wait for some seconds to upload and you can see all uploaded image in below frame.

Click Save to save uploaded image into database, uploaded images will get name of original image and description is empty, you can change name and description easy later at list files section.
How to add new file?
At list files page, click Add new file

At here, you can choose some properties of file such as: name, description, tags before upload.
There are two type of upload file: image and clip.
File type is photo, click Browse to choose image, at here, you can choose only one image to upload, uploaded image will be apear in below frame

File type is clip, click browse to choose clip, wait for some seconds and then link of uploaded clip will be apear in Clip URL textbox. You can also embed html code in textarea HTML embed code.

To save data you chose, click Save.
How to manage set of images?
Click Modules/Multimedia/List sets

You also can change name and description of set, edit, delete, active, deactive set as easy as list images section.
If you want to search, you can click on this form link

Input title of set and click search.
To create new set, click Add new set link.

After input normal information such as: name, description, tag. Then you can upload new images or search and select existing images for set.
To upload new images for set, click Browse, choose images, all uploaded images will apear in below frame, you can click [-] symbol under the image to remove that image from set.

To search existing images, input or not title of image you want to search, check on type of file you want and click search, all results will be apear in below frame

You can choose it by click [+] symbol under the each file.

If you want to choose an image to representative for set, just click on one of images, it will be displayed in Cover section.

To finish, click Save to save data into database, it will apear at List of sets section.

How to manage notes?
System will save all notes of all registed user.
Click Modules/Multimedia/List notes

At here, you only can delete or activate/deactivate notes by click on delete, activate, deactivate link of each note.
